• Project management of the complete end to end project management life cycle including all phases of design, blueprinting, testing, go live and hyper-care.

•  Conducting workshops for a typical SAP implementation/upgrade project to gather business requirements and the ability to quickly extract and gather information about all exceptions and unique scenarios.

• Design and implementation of SAP Payroll USA solutions (on premise and cloud) including all downstream processing like posting to finance, check printing and third- party remittance of taxes and garnishment.

​

• Design and implementation of SAP Time Management solutions with and without clock times, including complex country specific overtime rules and absence quota generation.

​

• Completing integration settings in SuccessFactors Employee Central as well as within SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to enable integration between the two systems.

​

• Creation, testing and uploading into Provisioning, of XML files (Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Offer Letter etc.) required for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management.
